As the business landscape evolves, attracting and retaining top talent becomes more challenging. This presentation, based on the experience of a couple of member firms, will explore how fostering a culture that values diverse perspectives drives employee satisfaction, reduces turnover, and strengthens teams.
We will share strategies for leaders to create an environment where all employees feel valued and empowered to do their best work. Additionally, we will discuss how organizations, particularly those contracting with the federal government, can balance compliance with new executive orders while maintaining adaptability in their workplace policies.
